The 31.09 metre motor yacht Mr Loui, listed for sale by John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold with MarineMax introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by US yard Hatteras, Mr Loui was delivered in 2014 as the first in the yard’s Hatteras 100 raised pilot house series. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for three crew in two cabins.
The open plan saloon has large windows allowing for plenty of daylight and comes with comfortable seating, a bar, fridge, ice maker and an entertainment centre including a 46-inch television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Casual dining is available at a dinette in the galley with seating for eight guests.
The sheltered aft deck has built-in furniture and tables for al fresco entertaining, while up on the flybridge is a further wet bar with a fridge and ice maker, moulded GRP furniture, a retractable 40-inch television screen and a GRP hard top. Twin 1,900hp Caterpillar C32 diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 19 knots, topping out at 25 knots, and she is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers.
Mr Loui was asking $6,950,000.
