The 39-metre Hakvoort motor yacht Snowbird has been sold in six months with Mark Elliott at IYC representing the seller and Tom George of One Water Yacht Group introducing the buyer.
Built in steel and aluminium to a design by Cor D. Rover, Snowbird was delivered by Dutch shipyard Hakvoort in 2010 and refitted on her tenth anniversary in 2020. Presented in turnkey condition, this yacht sleeps 10 guests in five king-sized en suite cabins, including a full-beam master with a private office. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of eight.
Snowbird's original Michaela Reverberi interior was redesigned by David Ostrander of Iluminus Design Group during her refit and is now a showcase of bold prints, fiery reds and marine blues with vibrant artworks that feature throughout.
Guest areas on board include an open-plan main saloon and dining area and a bridge deck saloon and bar that opens to a sociable aft deck with seating and a teak table for al fresco dining. A sun deck crowns the yacht with a spa pool, rain shower, bar, barbecue, shaded sofas and sunpads.
Lloyd’s classed and MCA compliant, Snowbird has a range of 5,500 nautical miles at nine knots and is powered by twin 600hp Caterpillar diesel engines to a maximum speed of 13 knots.
Snowbird was asking $13,900,000.
