Simon J. Turner at Northrop & Johnson in Palma sends word of a further €200,000 price drop on his central listing for sale, the 25 metre sailing yacht Almundarvi.

Almundarvi was built by Spain’s Astilleros Viudes yard to a German Frers design and launched in 1991 with a comprehensive refit in 2007 in Sardinia at Astilleros SNO. She was repainted, has new rigging, the spars were overhauled and painted, the teak decks were completely replaced and a new hydraulic gangway added. In May 2010, the yacht was serviced and prepared for the new season with further upgrades carried out including renewal of saloon windows and renewal of some interior headlinings.

Accommodation is for up to six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities, and she’s powered by a 210hp Caterpillar engine.

Available for inspection near Naples, Almundarvi is down from €1.45 million to €1.25 million.
