The 30.7 metre motor yacht Mia Zoi, listed for sale by Peter Redford and Eugenio Cannarsa at Fraser Yachts, has been sold with Vangelis Filiadis at IYC introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Falcon Yachts to RINA class, she has an exterior and interior design by Stefano Righini and was delivered in 2008. An interior in light coloured wood paneling and joinery accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, a VIP suite, a double and two twin cabins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
An expansive saloon has comfortable fabric settees, a Panasonic 40 inch television and an entertainment centre featuring a Bose surround sound system. The dining area has a wine cellar and seating for 10 guests around a large extendable table. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots.
Mia Zoi has recently been through an extensive range of upgrades. In 2015 the handrail varnish and exterior furniture was stripped and 12 new coats applied. Most engineering systems and all pumps were replaced or extensively overhauled in 2014. She also received all new linens in 2014 and new carpets in 2015 while the interior layout was upgraded to increase storage space. Finally, she had a fixed stainless steel Bimini top added in 2014 and a roll out aft sun awning was fitted. She is now in sparkling condition.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Mia Zoi was asking €1,650,000.
