29 October 2020 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The 51 metre explorer yacht Aspire, listed for sale by Konstantinos Ladas at SSH Maritime, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Nauta Yachts.

Aspire was built in steel and aluminium by Lusben to a design by Andrea Pezinni and delivered in 2006 as a RINA-classed long-range explorer yacht. A full refit completed in 2019 included a wide catalogue of works, including the refitting of all exterior and interior spaces, full hull and superstructure repainting and teak replacement, with Sofia Mantouvalos as the designer in charge for her refit.

Aspire was asking €8,900,000.

Aspire has a 10 metre beam and three metre draft. Accommodation is for a total of 12 guests in six staterooms, comprising five guest cabins and an owner’s suite. The master suite sits on the upper deck and includes a private study, walk-in closets and his and her ensuite baths. The guest cabins meanwhile sit on the main deck of this yacht for sale.

Her crew quarters allow for a staff of 11 in four crew cabins and one captain’s cabin. Other features include a Jacuzzi and alfresco dining area on the sky lounge aft. The sundeck meanwhile has been designed as a wellness area, with the aft deck space intended for yoga and exercise classes.

Powered by two Caterpillar (3508B) 1,050hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers, her top speed is 14 knots. She comfortably cruises at 12 knots, achieving a maximum range of 3,300 nautical miles.

Aspire was asking €8,900,000.
