Mark Duncan at Yachting Partners International tells me of a €1.25 million price cut on his listing for sale, the 49 metre motor yacht O'Ceanos.
O’Ceanos is a high-volume superyacht built in aluminium to ABS class by Italian yard Mondo Marine and delivered in 2006.
She offers accommodation for up to 16 guests in seven luxurious staterooms including an opulent master suite spanning two thirds of the upper deck. Below, the accommodation consists of three double staterooms and three twins, two of which have Pullman berths. All cabins come with en suite bathroom facilities. A tasteful Giorgio Vafiadis interior is fitted with Italy's finest woods, marble and fabrics, creating an environment of refined elegance and sophistication.
O’Ceanos underwent a major refit in 2013 which included an engine overhaul, winter upgrades and a striking new hull colour. Her expansive 300 square metre sun deck has seating for 24, a wet bar, barbecue and a large sunbathing area. With 11 crew and a wide range of water toys, she has proved popular on the charter circuit.
Lying in Piraeus, Greece, O'Ceanos is now down from €16.75 million to €15.5 million.
