The 49.35 metre motor yacht Te Manu has been listed for sale by Merle Wood at Merle Wood & Associates.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Codecasa to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, she was delivered in 1998 with a full refit in 2004. In addition, there is accommodation for 12 crew in six cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
Panelled in gloss cherry wood with burr veneers, the oval-shaped dining room is an elegant eating space for 12 guests in the main saloon. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large screen television set and a stereo surround sound system. Guests can also enjoy al fresco meals and cocktails while admiring the views on the bridge deck plus the sun deck offers a Jacuzzi spa tub and dining area shaded by a large parasol.
A further special feature is an elevator that links all four decks, making her wheelchair-friendly. Twin 2,200hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
Available to view at the forthcoming Miami boat show, Te Manu is asking $15 million.
