The venerable 54.16 metre Uljanik motor yacht Seagull II has been listed for sale by Maarten Ten Holter at Fraser.
Built in steel and aluminium by Croatian yard Uljanik and delivered in 1952 as a coastal passenger ship, she was subject to a major rebuild in 2005-2006, becoming a popular charter superyacht. Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, satellite television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
Her 2006 rebuild includes late Art Nouveau decoration and a large number of artworks of the same period. Columns, friezes and handrails create a recognizable visual tone throughout while high-quality stain-resistant carpets cover all floors in the saloons and dining areas. Tongue-and-groove plywood, covered with Alcantara, cover all ceilings. A notable feature is a collection of three guest saloons and an owner's saloon, linked by an elegant spiral wooden staircase.
With ample deck space offering multiple lounging areas including a deck Jacuzzi, guests can enjoy cruising the Mediterranean in comfort with the choice of shaded/non shaded sun lounging areas. Twin 720hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots topping out at 14 knots.
Seagull II is asking €6,900,000.
