The venerable 36.5 metre motor yacht Princess Iluka has been listed for sale by Leo Jordil at IYC.
Built using 750-year-old Huon pine timbers from the forests of Tasmania, Princess Iluka was delivered by Australian yard Ray Kemp in 1979 and completely rebuilt in 2009 with her most recent refit being in 2018. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins configured as a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and a twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep up to six members of staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The spacious main deck saloon has comfortable seating and an entertainment centre including a large television screen in the lounge while forward is a dining area. The sky lounge features a bar, a flatscreen television set and a seating area to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views. The foredeck hosts a large Jacuzzi spa tub and the upper deck aft is a perfect place for alfresco entertaining and dining.
Warmly decorated, Princess Iluka’s Australian heritage can be felt in her handcrafted furniture, woodwork and earthy colours throughout. Twin Mercedes diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 12 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
Princess Iluka is asking €4,000,000.
