The 39.43 metre classic motor yacht Emera, listed for sale by Alain Auvare at Fraser, has had a price reduction of €490,000.
Built in steel and aluminium by British yard Camper & Nicholsons to an in-house design with naval architecture by John White, Emera was delivered in 1974.
She had a full refit in 2000, followed by a further technical refit in 2019 including the installation of brand new engines, a repaint and a new interior by Bannenberg & Rowell which now accommodates eight guests in four cabins.
The cabins on this yacht for sale are configured as a master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
Crew accommodation for four staff and maintenance facilities are located forward while all guest cabins are aft, enabling crew tasks to be carried out without disturbing the guests.
On the main deck forward is a large formal dining room with seating for eight guests, while aft of the saloon is a wet bar area and there is comfortable seating throughout. Two large settees feature, while natural light is provided by large windows.
Her vast exterior spaces boast ample storage space on her upper and main deck aft, while an al fresco dining area is afforded shade by a hardtop on the main deck. Socialising opportunities are found towards her foredeck, with in-built sun pads at her stern.
Twin 1,215hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 14 knots topping out at 15 knots and she is fitted with Vosper zero speed stabilisers.
Emera is now asking €2,000,000 with VAT paid.
