Sold in January 2017, the 39.78 metre motor yacht Sweet Escape is back on the market, listed for sale by Babb Rawlings at HMY Yachts.
Built in GRP by US yard Christensen, Sweet Escape was delivered in 1993 and had a complete refit in 2017/18. Accommodation is for 10 guests in flexible accommodation consisting of full-beam master and VIP suites, a double and two twins, all with entertainment systems, flat-screen television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon is comfortably furnished, with a U-shaped settee, two comfortable swivel chairs, an end table, a coffee table and ottomans. There is also a games table with four chairs and forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests. The aft deck is protected by the overhang of the deck above and has built-in settees, a teak table with seating for 10 and a wet bar, making it a favoured spot for outdoor dining.
Up in the skylounge are large windows providing excellent levels of natural light. This is an ideal place to relax and watch films, socialise or just relax at the bar with its five bar stools to starboard, while there is a large settee and occasional chairs to port. Moving aft through sliding doors is the boat deck offering more al fresco dining for 10 guests while upstairs is the sun deck with a Jacuzzi and numerous sun pads.
Twin 1,650hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sweet Escape is asking $7,900,000.
