The 24.6 metre Cheoy Lee motor yacht Jus Chill’n, listed for sale by Jason Dunbar at Luke Brown Yachts, has been sold in-house with the buyer introduced by Pam Barlow.
Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to a design by Michael G Burnevich, she was delivered in 2012 as a Bravo 84 enclosed flybridge model. Sylvia Bolton designed a welcoming interior accommodating six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and a double, all with entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The saloon has panelling in rich mahogany and features L-shaped sofas with cocktail tables, a bar, fridge, ice maker and wine cooler. A full height entertainment system includes a 40-inch Samsung LCD television screen and a Denon surround sound stereo system. Forward is a formal dining area for six guests while a circular stairway in mahogany leads up to the flybridge and down to the guest accommodation.
On deck, the aft area features a large live well with a window built into the transom, a deep fish freezer in the sole, and full beam stowage with tackle drawers, a bait prep station, and an array of rocket launchers overhead. Up on the flybridge, there are two Stidd helm seats forward with an aft seating area, bar and two tables set up for al fresco dining courtesy of an outdoor galley. Twin 1,600hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 20 knots topping out at 24 knots.
Jus Chill’n was asking $2,445,000.
