The 33.7 metre motor yacht Papinou, listed for sale by Mortola Yacht & Ship, has been sold in an in-house deal with Enrico Mortola representing both buyer and seller.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard CBI Navi to a design by Willem De Vries Lentsch, she is RINA classed and was delivered in 2004. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five staterooms. The full-beam master suite is situated forward on the main deck and has a king-sized bed with two spacious night stands along with his and hers bathrooms including a Jacuzzi. On the lower deck are two VIP staterooms with king sized beds and two twin cabins, all with en-suite shower facilities.
The main deck saloon of this yacht offers three sofas, a coffee table, a small library, storage cupboards, a drinks cabinet and a small fridge. The ambience is light and relaxed with large windows allowing in plenty of natural light, meaning guests can enjoy great sea views from the comfort of the saloon. Forward through two sliding doors is a study with a large desk and three chairs — this area also offers a small library and storage cupboards.
A stairway from the main deck leads to the upper deck where a large oval table and chairs are situated for al fresco dining and nearby is a crane for lowering and retrieving the tender. The sundeck is open and spacious with teak sunbeds and sunloungers that come with small side tables.
Twin 475hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 10.5 knots and range of 4,300 nautical miles.
Lying in Genoa, Italy, Papinou was asking €3,850,000.
