The 24 metre long-range catamaran motor yacht Pelicano, listed for sale by Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Tropic Composites to a design by Joubert Nivelt, she was delivered in 2005. This trawler-style yacht was designed to be simple enough to be sailed by the owner without a crew. The interior design is contemporary and comfortable in varnished teak, with the full beam main saloon offering comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large television screen. Pelicano offers a lot of space inside and out and with a 7,000 nautical mile range at a speed of seven knots she is easily able to cross the Atlantic Ocean.
She comfortably accommodates six guests in three double cabins, all with entertainment centres and full en suite bathroom facilities, while twin 275hp Baudoin engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 13 knots.
The aft cockpit is a very spacious outdoor living space, fully covered by the hard top, with a teak dining table and seating area for 10 guests.
An extensive flybridge has sunbathing areas, sun pads and loungers and an al fresco dining area complete with a galley including a barbecue and refrigerator, all protected by a large Bimini top.
Pelicano was asking €790,000.
