The 26.5 metre motor yacht Vanquish has been sold to an Australian buyer with both seller and buyer represented by Brock Rodwell at Ray White Marine.
Built in GRP by Australian yard Warren Yachts, Vanquish was delivered in 2009 as a Warren 87s model. Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms. These comprise a master suite, VIP stateroom and one double and a twin cabin all with en suite facilities.
From the cockpit, the curved smoked sliding-glass doors silently open at the push of a button to reveal a saloon adorned in high-gloss madrona burl wood, Rosso Levanto marble, and Fabrica carpet. Immediately upon entering, there are two identical settees covered with soft cotton fabric which offer a comfortable view of the retractable 42-inch NEC plasma television screen residing in a centre marble-topped credenza. When the TV is lowered, the saloon, formal dining area just forward, and helm fully forward become one large gathering area. Light pours through the curved side windows and an expansive three-panel windshield.
Twin 1,500hp MTU 10V2000 M93 diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 30 knots topping out at 34 knots.
Vanquish was asking AU$3,250,000.
