The 28.96 metre motor yacht Golden Rule, listed for sale by Andrew Cilla and Michael Hartman at Luke Brown Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, Golden Rule was delivered in 1988 as a raised pilothouse model and refitted several times since. A relaxed, cosy interior by Dee Robinson sleeps six guests in three comfortable cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and a twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for three crew in two cabins on this yacht for sale.
The full beam saloon has seating to port facing an entertainment centre to starboard including a large flatscreen television and there is a full wet bar amidships and a formal dining area forward with seating for six guests and storage for china, glassware and cutlery. Further forward, the ‘country kitchen’ galley has marble worktops and seating for eight guests to enjoy informal meals.
The flybridge is ideally suited for al fresco relaxation, sporting a helm station forward, an amidships wet bar with a fridge and ice maker, port and starboard built in upholstered seating and tables, a Jenn-air barbecue grill, and a Bimini top. Her top speed is 17 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 1,700 nautical miles at 15 knots with power coming from two 840hp GM 12V71TA diesel engines.
Golden Rule was asking $495,000.
