The 40 metre motor yacht Alaska of George Town has been listed for sale by Maarten Ten Holter atFraser.
Built in aluminium by Australian yard Shipworks Brisbane to a design by Bernie Cohen, she was delivered in 2004 with a refit in 2015. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite with a Jacuzzi tub on a private deck, a VIP suite, a double and a twin cabin, all with full en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon was a particular beneficiary of the 2015 refit, now boasting even more comfortable seating, an entertainment centre with a new sound system and a large screen television set. Forward is a high gloss table seating 10 guests.
Up on the sky lounge, the living is easy, with relaxing seating, a bar, fridge and ice maker, allowing guests to watch the latest films on a large television screen with a cooling drink close to hand.
For sun lovers, the sun deck is absolute heaven, offering a Jacuzzi spa pool, built in music system, fitness equipment and several sun pads.
As would be expected of an Australian-built yacht for sale, she has a large aft deck with built in upholstered seating and a table catering for al fresco entertaining and dining.
Powered by twin 900hp Caterpillar diesel engines, she has a range of 5,400 nautical miles and is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilizers.
Lying in Livorno, Italy, Alaska of George Town is asking €9,800,000.
