The 107.6-metre superyacht Luminosity has joined the market with Peter Bennett of Bluewater Yachting Dubai.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Reymond Langton Design, Benetti, Zaniz Interiors and Giorgio Cassetta, Luminosity is lying in Montenegro.
A luxurious modern interior accommodates as many as 27 guests in 12 cabins, comprising a master suite on the owner’s deck and 11 cabins below deck including a four-berth children’s or staff cabin. Crew quarters sleep 37 staff aboard this yacht for sale.
Her exterior sports 800 square metres of glass, with three metre windows that flood the interior with light. Dining and social spaces are plentiful on the main deck and are sheltered by the superstructure. A private deck sits above, leading towards the helicopter pad, which is equipped with a fuelling station.
Luminosity has a multitude of features including her own private health club, fitted out with a steam room. When the side shell doors are open this becomes a sea-level spa, complete with a fully-equipped gym, a cold pool that is maintained at four degrees Celsius and a 30-square-metre swimming pool, the floor of which raises to create a dance floor.
Six 1,334hp Caterpillar diesel generators, operating at maximum efficiency, drive twin 2,200kW ABB azipods giving her a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 8,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. With twin retractable stabilisers by Rolls-Royce, she is a genuinely ocean-capable yacht.
Lying in Montenegro, Luminosity is asking €135,000,000.
