The 52-metre Benetti motor yacht Lady B has joined the market with Lon McCloskey of Fraser.
The steel-hulled vessel with aluminium superstructure was built by Italian yard Benetti in 2008 and refitted in 2022 with $5,000,000 invested. She sports a navy blue hull topped by a white superstructure, all repainted in the refit, and an updated tender garage-cum-beach club. Exterior is by Stefano Natucci with interior design by Mauro Izzo.
Lady B's art deco-inspired interior benefits from a glass-panelled elevator serving three decks with accommodation for an owner's party of 12 in six cabins, the master at main deck level and VIP on the bridge deck. Interior finishes include mahogany, cherry, Macassar, ebony and teak woods. There are quarters for a crew of 12.
The grand piano is a feature in the main saloon which has a TV on the dividing wall, screening off the 14-seater dining table forward – the inlaid table can be split into two smaller tables giving flexibility. The full-beam sky lounge leads out to an oval alfresco dining table, protected from drafts by glass side panels.
The sundeck offers guests "multiple sunning areas" and a hot tub to starboard while the aft deck boasts extended seating.
The 812GT yacht for sale is said by the broker to be the highest volume yacht of her length. Twin 1,850hp Caterpillar diesels propel her at up to 15 knots maximum speed with a cruising speed of 13 knots and range of 4,500 nautical miles at her economical speed of 10 knots
Lying in Nassau, Bahamas, Lady B is asking $22,500,000.
