The 40 metre in-build sailing yacht Ark 401 has been listed for sale by Deniz Kaymaz at Northrop & Johnson.
Currently under construction by Turkish builder Ark Yacht, the yacht features a steel hull and superstructure and is slated for delivery in 2023. The RINA-classed sailing yacht sports an exterior by Ark Yacht’s design team, who also penned the interior and developed the naval architecture.
Eight guests are provided accommodation in four cabins, comprising a main suite, a VIP suite, a double cabin, and a twin cabin. The expansive owner’s suite includes two entryways and boasts a ‘love seat’, king-size berth, an office, and a bath. Six crew members are housed in three cabins.
The main deckhouse aft provides the yacht’s biggest entertaining area, with ample space for larger families and parties to congregate and socialise. Light oak panelling offers this space an understated feeling of sophistication, alongside neutral tones and a semi-gloss lacquered grooved white ceiling.
Amenities in this area are set to include a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a flatscreen TV and an ornate dining table for al fresco dining.
Her decks include two elegant deckhouses, sprouting from vast open areas made up of polished teak floors and comfortable seating and dining. The foredeck sports sun pads, with soft settees and al fresco dining tables amidships.
Ark 401 will be powered by a single diesel engine providing 750hp.
Ark 401 is asking €6,950,000.
