The 28 metre Permare motor yacht Alda 2, listed for sale by Richard Gray at IYC in London, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Permare, Alda 2 was delivered in 2008 as one of the yard’s popular Amer 92 models and was most recently refitted in 2018. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a full beam master suite, two doubles and a twin. All guest cabins come with entertainment centres and full en suite facilities while the crew quarters sleep three staff aboard this yacht for sale.
The saloon and dining area are open plan with a very fluid, contemporary feel. The lounge is aft featuring a plush U-shaped sofa and coffee table to port, with a large flat screen television to starboard. A low island credenza separates the lounge and dining area where up to eight guests can comfortably dine at the formal table.
Outdoor spaces are equally generous with the main aft deck complemented by sunpads and seating on the forward main deck and the large sundeck. The sundeck is perfectly suited to entertaining and relaxing and is the perfect outdoor retreat, with sun loungers, seating, a Jacuzzi spa tub and a dining table. Twin 1,800hp Caterpillar engines enable a cruising speed of 22 knots topping out at 31 knots.
Alda 2 was asking €1,600,000.
