The 49.75 metre motor yacht Dr No No, listed for sale by Vassilis Fotilas and Ken Burden at Fraser in Monaco, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Formerly known as Shu She II, she was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard CRN to a design by Paolo Scanu. She is Lloyd's classed and was delivered in 1998 with a full rebuild/refit in 2015. All the ceiling surfaces have been replaced with new Alcantara fabric and all wooden floors were replaced. The indoor furniture and doors have been thoroughly cleaned, controlled and repaired and all carpets were replaced with new ones.
She most recently completed a huge refit in 2018, including new generators, new hull paint, overhaul of the main engines and completion of the 20 year Lloyds survey.
On the technical side, Servowatch software and hardware is installed and many sensors are being replaced with new ones. The two main generators have been overhauled and they currently have zero hours. The engine mount brackets and couplings have been replaced with new ones and the exhaust system has been rebuilt.
Dr No No is well known for her huge sun deck, aft water level lounge and impressive interior volumes. Designed by Francois Zuretti, the interior comfortably accommodates ten guests in five cabins plus 11 crewmembers. Guest accommodation consists of a master suite, two doubles and two twins on the lower deck, all with full en suite facilities.
Twin 1,978hp Caterpillar engines, rebuilt in 2013, give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 16 knots.
Dr No No was asking €7,950,000.
