The 49.1-metre Christensen motor yacht Carte Blanche has been listed for sale with Mark Elliott of IYC.
Delivered in 2009 by US superyacht yard Christensen, Carte Blanche marks the first of the popular 160 series - built in GRP to ABS class. Her exterior styling and naval architecture are from the highly experienced in-house Christensen design and engineering team, with her interiors from the drawing board of Carol Williamson & Associates. Her most recent refit - which included an interior refresh - was completed in 2019, although in 2021 her generators received a "total rebuild."
Accommodation on board is for 15 guests across six spacious cabins. A full-beam master suite lies forward on the main deck complete with his and hers bathrooms and a private study. Meanwhile, a large full-beam VIP suite and four remaining double cabins (all with en suite) are situated on the lower deck - two of which are also fitted with Pullman berths. She is maintained by a crew of nine.
Her dark mahogany interiors are balanced by light walls and marbles, with a noticeable high-gloss sheen in the main saloon, dining areas and sky lounge. The main saloon is complete with L-shaped sofa and low level bar seating six, while a 12 person dining table lies in a separate area nearby. Carte Blanche in fact has several dining areas on board - both inside and out - for entertaining large groups of guests. The sky lounge is one of these areas, offering an additional dining space and comfortable lounging area. Her four decks are easily connected by a lift.
Other standout features on board include a top deck Jacuzzi, substantial swim platform and an impressive amount of water toys. A touch-and-go helipad is also located on her sun deck, transformable into a prime spot for sun bathing. It comes as no surprise that with such a large array of amenities and features, the 49.1 metre motor yacht is also a popular charter yacht.
Powered by two 1,800hp MTU engines, this yacht for sale has a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. Designed for long-range cruising, Carte Blanche boasts an impressive 4,000 nautical mile range, making her ideal for exploring far-reaching destinations, whilst also equipped with zero-speed stabilisers for additional stability at anchor and underway.
Carte Blanche is asking $24,900,000, currently lying in Fort Lauderdale.
