A €1,600,000 price drop has been announced on the 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Pandion Pearl, listed for sale with Cornelius Gerling of Edmiston.
Delivered in 2021, Pandion Pearl marks the fifth hull from the Italian shipyard's all-aluminium fast displacement 44 Alloy model. She was designed by Zuccon International Project with interiors by ASH Design.
The broker pointed out that her “ultra-wide” beam of nine metres, almost 490GT of interior volume and innovative layout allows for exceptional space and privacy. This is noticeable in her five suites, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. A remarkable master suite – designed as a private apartment totalling almost 150 square metres – spans three decks and includes a gym zone that leads out to a square Jacuzzi and lounge area on the foredeck.
The remaining guest cabins are located on the lower deck, comprised of two VIPs with double beds and two twins with an additional pullman bed in each. All of the guests cabins are with en suite.
Her exceptional volume continues away from her cabins. The main deck saloon features a large lounging area with television screen forward and a bar – the sofas, bulkheads and deckheads having flowing, curving lines. There is an open-air dining area aft on the upper deck, which is home to a more formal dining room inside in a spacious area surrounded by full-height windows.
On the lower deck is a beach club with a bar and lounge area plus sunbeds, meanwhile, her sundeck offers sunpads aft plus a bar and al fresco dining under the large hard top.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin 1,920hp MTU diesel engines, which provide a top speed of 16 knots, cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10.5 knots.
She is also fitted with Naiad stabilisers which provide comfort at anchor and underway. She comes with two Williams tenders and a large inventory of water toys
Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Pandion Pearl is asking €24,900,000.
