The 40.5 metre motor yacht Manifiq, listed for sale by David Westwood at Thompson Westwood & White Yachts, has been sold.
Built in aluminium by Italian yard Mondomarine to a design by Cor D. Rover, she was delivered in 2010 with a full refit in 2016. An Art Deco-inspired interior by Luca Dini accommodates 10 guests in five cabins laid out as a full beam master suite on the main deck, two full beam VIP suites, a double and a twin and all cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The interior design is distinguished by the contrast of high gloss dark woods, pale fabrics and Italian marble throughout, while the impressive focal point of the main saloon is its Italian antique mirrored glass. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests around a rectangular glass-topped table under a modern chandelier. On the upper deck, guests can enjoy the versatile cinema room and al fresco dining area.
Outdoors, the vast sun deck offers plenty of room for relaxation with a bar, dining area, barbecue grill and a solarium including a luxurious Jacuzzi spa tub. Her top speed is 18 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 2,700 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 2,255hp MTU 12V396TE94 diesel engines.
Manifiq was asking €9,800,000.
