The 35-metre Maiora motor yacht Anasa has been sold in an in-house deal with Parsifal Yachting representing both the seller and buyer.
Built in GRP in 2009, her sporty exterior lines were penned by Italian designer Roberto Del Re while her interiors were designed in-house at Maiora.
Anasa has undergone various significant refit projects since her delivery, the most recent being in 2024. This included upgrades to her navigation equipment, general interior wood repair, new upholstery on the sundeck, the installation of underwater lights and a new 5.5-metre Novurania tender with a 115hp outboard engine.
Accommodation on board the Maiora 35DP model is for up to 11 guests across five cabins, the main deck master stretching the full 7.3-metre beam. The rest of the cabins can be found on the lower deck, comprising two full-beam VIPs and two twins with Pullman berths, all with en suite bathrooms. Four cabins provide further accommodation for a crew of up to seven.
There are plenty of places to relax and entertain on board Anasa, with al fresco dining options on both the main deck and upper deck aft, in addition to the indoor formal dining area. Her flybridge sundeck is also a standout feature, which can be left open for sunbathing and enjoying the elements or shaded by a full bimini top, which can be used while cruising. On rainy days, you can even enjoy her indoor home cinema setup in the main saloon.
Additionally, her large swim platform allows guests to enjoy the water and make use of the onboard water toys with ease. Asana features a three-seater Sea-Doo Jet Ski, three stand-up paddleboards, an inflatable Searaft platform and two Chase wing boards.
According to the broker, Anasa delivers "impressive performance". Her twin MTU V12 4000 2,736hp engines, combined with her lightweight, deep-V planing hull, can propel the yacht for sale to a top speed of 26.5 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Anasa was asking €4,300,000.
