A price drop of €600,000 has been announced on the 30.1-metre Ferretti 1000 motor yacht H&CO, listed for sale under a joint central agency between Enzo Spata of MYSEA and Sam Buheiry of ABYS Yachting.
Delivered in 2022 by Italian shipyard Ferretti Yachts, H&CO is the fifth hull from the sought-after Ferretti 1000 series. She was constructed in GRP, built to a design from Filippo Savetti and naval architecture from Ferretti Engineering Department. Her interiors - contemporary, bright and airy - are from IdeaeITALIA.
10 guests are accommodated across five cabins, including a spacious main deck master suite, two double cabins and two twin cabins. Meanwhile, there are crew quarters for four. Since her delivery three years ago, she has been a popular charter yacht with an "exceptional charter record" already.
Her brokers also noted that"H&CO is the ultimate vessel for both relaxation and adventure". A prime example of "Italian excellence", her interior is elegant: decorated in warm woods and a neutral colour palette with pops of bright colour and pattern.
The main deck saloon features a wide L-shaped sofa and dining table for 10, yet the star of the show here is the yacht's extensive floor to ceiling glazing with sliding glass doors on both her port and starboard sides. An additional dining table is located on the aft deck with 180-degree views.
Compared to motor yachts of a similar size, her 190GT volume is 3.11GT above average, according to her broker. This is noticeable in her large flybridge, complete with numerous entertainment and seating options including a bar, al fresco dining table and sofas. There are also two forward-facing dining tables (with removable awning) and sun pads on her bow.
As a planing yacht, this yacht for sale is fast - powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 engines for a maximum speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots. She is also fitted with underway and zero-speed stabilisers for maximum comfort.
Currently lying in Cannes, H&CO is asking €8,600,000.
