The 111-metre superyacht provisionally known as Y726 has arrived at Oceanco's Alblasserdam facilities for outfitting.
Images show the 4,550 GT yacht had an unconventional wrap during the transportation, which was completed by Rotterdam-based graffiti artist I AM EELCO "to add a cheerful wink" to the yacht's Espen Øino-designed exterior. Naval architecture was completed by Lateral Naval Architects alongside the shipyard's in-house team.
Accommodation is for up to 28 guests and 34 crew, with Y726's "refined" but otherwise undisclosed interiors owed to Mark Berryman. Notable leisure features include a cinema lounge, gym and spa with sauna and steam room. Meanwhile, Y726's decks are arranged with a winter garden, covered cocktail area, outdoor cinema, private owner’s area with Jacuzzi, and a multi-purpose entertainment area (also including a Jacuzzi and swimming pool). The beach club is equipped with a bar that opens directly onto the swimming platform.
"We are looking forward to getting started on the next phase of Y726’s construction in the New Year. There is a very collaborative spirit on the project, and she promises to be a spectacular addition to the Oceanco fleet once delivered," explained Oceanco’s project director, Edske Smit. "We are grateful for the positive partnership that has developed among everyone involved, including the co-makers and owner’s team."
“Y726 is a prime example of what can be achieved when all parties at the table work together in a positive and collaborative way. We are very much looking forward to entering the next phase of this project and delivering the client a stunning yacht,” added Dan Jackson of Falcon Yacht Management.
