Recently spotted during her transfer from the shipyard to the open sea, the 46m sailing yacht Ganesha (hull 3067) is launched by Vitters.

Successor of the 38.8m Ganesha I built by Fitzroy Yachts in 2006, and designed again by Dubois Naval Architects for a repeat client, the new sailing yacht Ganesha is a 46m performance sloop built in aluminum by Vitters.

The interior, designed by Newcruise, accommodates guests in four cabins in a full-beam master suite and three doubles. Special features include a fixed carbon bimini with vertical sliding windows.

On the technical side, Ganesha has an impressive 62m Southern Spars carbon mast, a lifting keel, and in case of light wind, she is powered by a single 533kW Caterpillar C-18 engine.

Ganesha is scheduled to be delivered before the end of the summer.
