Spanish studio Daroca Design has unveiled Real, an 80-metre yacht concept created as part of Oceanco's Simply Custom collection. Designed to simplify the commissioning process, Simply Custom offers clients a proven platform by Lateral Naval Architects with extensive customisation options for both the exterior and interior.
Real is described by designer Alejandro Crespo as a "true reflection of a desire for sleek minimalism and perfect proportions". As such, her exterior proposal integrates into the natural landscape, comprising flowing lines and curved details found on her superstructure.
Although her interior details remain undisclosed, her design includes a beach club which is fitted with two pools, providing direct access to the water from a swim platform. The concept also illustrates glass bulwarks and generous lounging spaces, with a helipad at the bow and white furnishings to complement a contemporary aesthetic.
Crespo went on to describe Real as “a symbol of sincerity and distinction.” Designed to cruise calm coastlines and explore open waters, the yacht is envisioned as a space to reconnect with nature, family, friends and “the beauty of life.”
All Simply Custom designs feature advanced technical systems, including an optimised stabilisation system, pod drives, electric propulsion, and onboard battery storage. The platform is also compatible with renewable diesel fuels like HVO, which can cut carbon emissions by 80 to 90 per cent compared to standard marine diesel, according to Oceanco.
This unveiling follows the introduction of other Simply Custom concepts, such as North West Boatworks' Aurora, which was revealed earlier this month.
