Italian shipyard Ocean King has offered a look inside the first unit in its Doge 400 GT superyacht series, named Lori. According to BOATPro, the 40.4-metre model was delivered in October 2024 following her debut at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival.
The recently released imagery provides a glimpse into the soft, contemporary interior designed by Rome-based studio BURDISSOCAPPONI, with plush modular furniture and a warm, white and cream colour scheme contrasting the model's rugged, explorer-esque exterior (courtesy of Design ALot Studio). Naval architecture is owed to inNave.
Accommodation is for 10 guests, including a master cabin forward on the main deck arranged with an en suite bathroom and private study. Guest accommodation is on the lower deck and comprises two VIP suites, a double cabin and a twin, alongside further quarters for seven crew.
On the main deck, a large saloon with floor-to-ceiling windows leads to an external lounge and al fresco dining area. A formal dining room on the upper deck connects to the sundeck, arranged with a bar and a swimming pool.
Meanwhile, a large beach club with two fold-out balconies allows guests easy access to the sea. One tender garage is situated here, while another is stowed in the bow.
Powered by twin MAN engines, the Doge 400 GT has a maximum speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 5,500 nautical miles. Other key numbers include an 8.5-metre beam, a volume of 428GT and a 55,000-litre fuel capacity.
According to BOATPro, the second unit in the series is currently under construction with delivery scheduled for December 2025.
This follows the interior reveal of the 36.8-metre Vãyus following her debut at the 2023 Venice International Boat Show. Highlights include a saltwater pool, an enclosed cinema room and a full-beam owner's cabin.
