Mangusta, a branch of Overmarine Group, has launched the sixth unit in its entry-level GranSport range at its Viareggio facilities. The 33-metre GranSport 33 has been built in composite to a design by Alberto Mancini working in collaboration with Overmarine Group's technical department.
The model is equipped with four Volvo Penta engines that allow it to reach top speeds of 25 knots with a "very long range at cruising speed," according to the yard. Space is another key feature of the design, and it was this quality which attracted the owner to the model.
The GranSport 33 features a strong connection to the outside world throughout, with two windows in the saloon that open up to provide natural ventilation. Meanwhile, the 40-square-metre owner's cabin is located on the main deck and also benefits from large windows. A further two VIP and two guest cabins are found on the lower deck.
In terms of alfresco space, the yacht has a 56-square metre sundeck which is connected to the foredeck where there is an infinity Jacuzzi hot tub and sunpads. A swim platform provides easy access to the water, and a spacious garage can accommodate a 5.6-metre tender, two water-skis and several other nautical accessories.
This unit was sold by Alain Maaraoui of Sea Pros Yachts with support from Overmarine sales manager, Francesca Ragnetti. The next Mangusta GranSport 33 yacht available for sale is hull number 10, with delivery expected in October 2024.
