Turkish shipyard FDC Yachts and Red Yacht Design have joined forces on a new 26.2-metre yacht project with construction slated to begin in March of this year.
Known as Project Fiducia 86, the vessel is being built on speculation and is expected for delivery during the summer of 2025.
Initial renders show a dual-tone, Gentleman-style exterior culminating in a contemporary plumb bow. According to Red Yacht Design, the firm drew on both classic and modern influences to create a harmonious blend of "sophistication" and "innovation".
Project Fiducia 86 will house five spacious cabins, including a dedicated owner's suite on the main deck. Other onboard highlights include a primary gathering space in the main saloon and an expansive sun deck, featuring a large dining table, sit-up bar and sunbathing area aft.
"[This] collaboration with FDC Yachts marks another exciting chapter in our design journey," said Red Yacht Design co-founder Fatih Surekli. "We aimed for a design that balances tradition with modernity, creating a yacht that not only looks stunning but also offers a superior yachting experience."
Meanwhile, Eyup Ozbelen, managing director of FDC Yachts referred to the project as "a testament to FDC Yachts' exceptional craftsmanship," as well as to the project management team's "dedication to the highest standards."
"We are confident that this venture will set new benchmarks in the world of luxury yachting," said Ozbelen.
Project Fiducia 86 follows on from previous collaborations between FDC Yachts and Red Yacht Design, including the yard's existing Aluna Series and a major refit for the Heesen yacht Atina in 2023.
