Italian studio Camber Yacht Design has released a new, 88-metre catamaran concept with an innovative "sky deck" positioned on top of the main mast. The full-custom design has been created – and named – after Italian fashion brand Moorwins and will be officially launched at this year's Dubai International Boat Show.
"The octagonal shapes and volumes recall [the brand's] logo, while other details take inspiration from Moorwins' most glamorous collections," explained designer Carmelo Marco Bernardi. Key specs include a 36-metre beam and three towering, 70-metre-plus masts.
The brand theme continues on the upper deck, which is designed as an outdoor amphitheatre for "onboard fashion shows and performances by artists".
Other highlights include a full-beam owner's penthouse – located on the bow for extraordinary ocean views – and three swimming pools. The largest pool, filled with saltwater, ends with a continuous waterfall flowing directly into the sea.
The stern features an external garage with an overhanging heliport to one side, and an octagonal-shaped store to the other, where guests and clients can "explore the latest collections" from the fashion brand.
"The yachting lifestyle has always been an integral part of [Moorwins], alongside other glamorous passions, in the pursuit of life's pleasures," explained a representative of Moorwins. "With this project, we want to offer the brand's admirers a vision, our idea of hedonism, the emotion of a dream."
