The first photos of Benetti's 49.9-metre Fantasea have been released by her central charter agent Royal Yacht International. The yacht is the third hull in Benetti's B.Now 50M series and she hit the water in the first quarter of 2023.
The steel and aluminium series has proven popular for the Italian yard so far, with over 20 units sold since hull one was delivered in 2021 and more than 13 B.Now models under construction in Livorno.
Like her sisterships Iryna and Jacozami, the exterior styling of Fantasea is by British studio RWD while interiors have been completed in-house.
However, unlike hull one Iryna, the design team opted for a more pared-back theme for Fantasea, focusing on a refined coffee-and-cream colour palette with diffused lighting, curved furnishings and plenty of wood and other natural materials throughout.
The yacht's key selling point is her 36-square-metre beach club which comprises a steam room and "sea saloon" with lounging and entertainment options, plus direct access to the water through an unfolding shell door that forms an overwater balcony to starboard.
Fantasea has been kitted out with water fun in mind, and includes an inflatable docking station for Jet Skis as well as plenty of other gadgets and toys. An aft deck infinity pool is the focal point of her stern, while a Jacuzzi adjoins a gym set-up on the sun deck.
The yacht's main deck is home to a saloon with a lounge, TV screen and an open-plan dining saloon for 12 located forward. The owner's cabin is located further forward, overlooking the bow.
Meanwhile, the upper lounge has an intimate seating space to port and a more social arrangement to starboard, and a bar located forward to tie the space together. Large sliding doors lead to the aft deck, where there is a dining set-up.
Accommodation is for 11 guests in six cabins. The master cabin spans the entire 9.2-metre beam and has its own private al fresco terrace. Three doubles and one convertible twin are found on the lower deck, with an additional single cabin on the upper deck to starboard.
Tender storage is located in a recessed well on the foredeck, while crew quarters are on the lower deck forward.
Twin MAN engines give the 499GT yacht a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a top speed of 15 knots.
She is available for charter this summer in the West Mediterranean from €300,000 per week plus expenses.
