Long-standing collaborators FDC Yachts and Red Yacht Design have teamed up to introduce a new, 28-metre model known as the Aluna 92. Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of summer 2024.
One of the model's standout features is its touch-and-go helipad, making it "the only yacht of its size capable of accommodating helicopters", according to the studio.
The yacht is said to be a "bold evolution" of the Aluna 87 and will build upon the success of the 26-metre model. For one, the Aluna 92 offers more exterior living space than its predecessor, with a spacious sundeck area and extended beach club integrated into the original design.
Accommodation is for up to eight guests, including a full-beam owner’s cabin that can be converted into separate cabins thanks to sliding partition walls.
"We are thrilled to collaborate once again with Red Yacht Design on the creation of the Aluna 92," said Eyup Ozbelen, director of FDC Yachts. "Together, we aim to deliver a yacht that not only exceeds expectations but also redefines the very essence of luxury on the water."
Managing partner of Red Yacht Design, Fatih Surekli added: "The Aluna 92 represents the culmination of our commitment to pushing the boundaries of yacht design. We are confident that the Aluna 92 will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning yachtsmen."
The pair recently announced a collaboration on another build – the 26.2-metre, "Gentleman-style" Project Fiducia 86.
