A new 122.5-metre Lürssen superyacht known as Project Omega has been sold by Moran Yacht & Ship, with delivery expected in 2029.
The new-build 5200GT yacht marks Moran Yacht & Ship's 25th Lürssen new construction project following the delivery of the 122-metre Kismet, and the brokerage will oversee the complete construction of the superyacht. Both interior and exterior design come from British-based studio RWD with accommodation for 20 guests across 10 cabins.
Most details on the project remain confidential, but onboard highlights include a beach club, full dive centre and expansive outdoor spaces for entertainment and relaxation.
Moran Yacht & Ship sold the project, wrote the technical specifications and negotiated the contract and all project details. It is the second project the brokerage has built for her owner. A statement from Moran Yacht & Ship said: "We want to take this opportunity to congratulate the teams at RWD and the Lürssen shipyard. We look forward to an on-time and on-budget delivery in 2029".
According to BOATPro, Project Omega is one of 11 projects currently in development at Lürssen, including the 107-metre Shackleton, 102.7-metre Project Jassj and 134.2-metre Project Deep Blue.
