More good news now as a call to Yachtzoo confirms that they sold the 44.8m motor yacht Tuscan Sun in an in-house deal with Bob McKeage representing the buyer.
Tuscan Sun was built by Spanish yard Izar to a design styled by Reymond Langton and was delivered in 2006. Luiz De Basto designed an exquisite interior for this superyacht. The main saloon and dining area feature an open configuration giving this space a light and airy feel. A bar is located to starboard of the saloon and forward is the formal dining area comfortably seating 12 guests.
The skylounge is full beam and features floor to ceiling windows offering wonderful views, while the sun deck is a tremendous area for outdoor living. It has a Jacuzzi spa surrounded by built-in sun beds, a relaxation area shaded by a retractable awning, a bar and a barbecue grill.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in a master suite, three double staterooms and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities. A popular charter yacht, twin 1,650hp Caterpillar engines give Tuscan Sun a range of 5,000 nautical miles at nine knots.
Lloyd’s classed and MCA compliant, Tuscan Sun was asking $19.5 million.
