The 36.8-metre motor yacht Apmonia has rejoined the brokerage market with Yannis Mitsopoulous of Ocean Independence.
Delivered by French shipyard Couach Yachts in 2008 as a Couach 3700 Fly model, Apmonia was built with a composite hull and superstructure to Bureau Veritas Class. According to BOATPro, she was last listed for sale in 2022 following a major multi-million-euro refit and now rejoins the market having had only two owners since new.
The sum of the refit work amounted to over €2.8 million and included a full repaint, a complete mechanical overhaul, installation of two gyro stabilisers and renewal of the teak. Inside, the yacht for sale received new navigation equipment and all-new carpets in the cabins and saloon, in addition to other upgrades.
Her interior is the work of Exequiel Cano Lanza, and can sleep up to eight guests across four en suite cabins, laid out as a master suite, a VIP, one double and one twin cabin. An open-plan main saloon greets guests as they enter from the aft deck with a lounge to starboard, a bar to port and a formal dining area forward.
The aft deck is home to an al fresco dining table seating up to ten guests behind a large sunpad overlooking the stern. A second al fresco area with a bar can be found up on the sundeck beneath the shade of a hardtop Bimini alongside an exterior helm station, while a third sunlounging spot is hidden in the bow.
Power comes from twin MTU 2,735hp engines that allow for a maximum speed of 30 knots, a cruising speed of 22 knots and a range of 2,300 nautical miles.
Apmonia is asking €5,800,000 (VAT paid), currently lying in Athens, Greece.
