The 34.14 metre Westport motor yacht Friendly Confines, listed for sale by Mike Burke at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Pat Kelly of HMY Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by US yard Westport to a design by Taylor Olson, she was delivered in 2014 as a Westport 112 model. An interior in high gloss woods accommodates eight guests in four cabins configured as a master suite, VIP suite, double and twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon has an open-plan design with a formal dining area forward and there is also a dine-in galley with a dinette for informal snacks. The lounge area comes with settees, barrel chairs and a low cocktail table. To starboard is a games table with a pair of loose chairs. In the port aft corner of the saloon is a wet bar with a polished stone top and stainless steel sink.
Exterior guest areas include a sun deck that hosts a bar, seating area and Jacuzzi. The aft deck is expansive and offers al fresco dining for eight guests with amenities including comfortable seating for eight, a bar, fridge and a flatscreen television set.
Twin 2,000hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 22 knots and a range of 2,550 nautical miles at 12 knots. For added guest safety and comfort at sea, she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
Friendly Confines was asking $10,849,000.
