The 47.5 metre motor yacht Themis, listed for sale by Frank Grzeszczak and Fletcher Daves at IYC, has been sold with Bob Cury of RJC Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Themis was built in aluminium by US yard Trinity Yachts to an in-house design with delivery in 1999 and has been maintained to ABS class. Her high-volume interior features mahogany and African pear wood joinery. The saloon and dining areas are comfortable and make for wonderful relaxation and dining areas. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins. These include a master suite with a king sized bed, two VIP suites with king size beds and two twin cabins. All cabins have full en suite facilities.
Her extensive deck areas have plenty of room for outdoor activities including a large flybridge with a bar, fridge, sink, ice maker and a six-person hot tub. Other features include full walk-around decks, Naiad zero speed stabilisers and an Atlas shore power converter. Twin 2,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a maximum speed of 21 knots and a cruising range of 6,000 nautical miles at 18 knots.
The entire interior was refitted in the summer of 2015, including all new furnishings, carpeting, headliners, new sinks, marble vanity units and marble showers, new LED lighting, wall coverings, soft goods and artwork, while all the hardware was replaced with nickel-plated fixtures. In addition, she received a new flybridge Jacuzzi and her Caterpillar engines were serviced.
Themis was asking $9,500,000.
