A €750,000 price reduction has been announced on the 35.2-metre motor yacht Freedom, listed with Ross Carson of Cecil Wright & Partners.
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker, the 116 Sport Yacht was delivered in 2017 to an in-house design. She has had some improvements made from 2019 to 2023, as well as passing her five-year RINA survey.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins, with the master double forward on the main deck, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, and two doubles and two twins on the lower deck – plus Pullmans. Lime-washed oak and soft leather panelling complement the cream carpets. There are quarters for five crew in three cabins with the possibility of two extra members sleeping in the convertible crew mess.
A Jacuzzi on the foredeck is one of the highlights of Freedom, along with huge sunpads. The flybridge, with a retractable sunshade, offers al fresco dining and more sunpads. Freedom sports a good inventory, including Miele professional appliances, swipe card security and 15 underwater lights. The specification lists a few exclusions that may be purchased, such as a pair of statues for £65,000 and a Swarovski cross for $30,000.
Twin MTU engines give the yacht for sale a top speed of 26 knots and a maximum range of 1,250 nautical miles while cruising at 12 knots.
Freedom is now asking €8,950,000.
