The 36.6 metre motor yacht Ocean Club, listed for sale by Whit Kirtland at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Jamie MacGregor at MacGregor Yachts.
Delivered in 2002 by US yard Sovereign, Setzer Design Group designed the semi-displacement hull and the interiors are by Patrick Knowles.
She has a high-end interior, an extensive equipment list, and has recently undergone a refit, including new exterior paint, new teak decks, two new generators and a new flybridge hardtop.
Ocean Club offers accommodation for up to nine guests in a master, VIP and two double cabins, and a Pullman berth in the gymnasium. The gym is one of the many eye-catching features on the vessel and is situated on the lower deck. It also boasts a 21 inch television, dumb-bell rack and elliptical exerciser.
She has a beautiful saloon with plentiful seating, including a love seat, ottoman, leather game seat, chairs and table and a wet bar. There is a full entertainment arrangement with a HD Smart TV and home theatre system. Further forward and adjoining the main saloon is the formal dining area.
The office area located forward on the main deck is sound-proofed and features a couch, built-in desk, 30 inch television, DVD and CD changer home theatre. The galley also boasts a television as well as a host of equipment.
A popular yacht for charter, she is primed for entertaining with a large aft deck with a U-shaped settee with two tables, a large television screen, wet bar with five stools, ice maker and refrigerator. The upper deck also features a wet bar with four stools, a U-shaped dinette for al fresco dining, sun pads, and a centreline spa pool, rotisserie and grill.
Her twin 2,000hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 17 knots and a maximum speed of 23 knots.
Ocean Club was asking $4,295,000.
