The 40.2-metre Princess Yachts motor yacht Ace 2 has rejoined the brokerage market, listed for sale with Matt Albert of Superyacht Partners.
Built in GRP by the British shipyard, the teak-decked Ace 2 was delivered in 2015 as one of eight 40M models. She was designed by Bernard Olesinski, who also completed the naval architecture, while interior design was by Fendi Casa and Princess Design Studio. Her last refit works were completed in 2020.
Accommodation is for a party of 10 guests in five cabins, comprising a main deck master suite and four guest cabins on the lower deck, each with "individualised" en suites adorned in marble. Notably, the master en suite uses rare Nero Portoro marble in the shower, contrasting with the neutral marble of the bath and flooring. There is accommodation on board for a crew of eight.
A "timeless luxury" theme was created on board with the use of gloss cherry wood combined with classic cream leathers, fabrics and Fendi-branded furniture, which are accented by bright velvets and satins. The dining area in the main saloon boasts a Macassar ebony table, backlit by an onyx panel, for up to 10 guests, while the upper deck sky lounge provides a relaxed setting with large windows, L-shaped sofa and additional Fendi Casa furnishings.
A standout feature on board is the large flybridge, complete with sun loungers, sofas, dining area, wet bar and free weights, with the option for a spa bath. Closer to the water lies a spacious walk-in beach club and a tender garage with stern access. She is also fitted with underwater lights to illuminate her profile at night.
The 395GT yacht for sale has a top speed of 23 knots, cruising speed of 18 knots and range of 2,100 nautical miles under twin MTU diesel engines.
