Price reduction on motor yacht Yianoula at Bradford Marine

11 January 2012 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Talking to Tucker Fallon at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales, I learn that the long-time owner of the 27.4m motor yacht Yianoula has authorised a $100,000 price reduction.

Yianoula was built in 1981 to an Ed Monk design as the personal yacht of Dave Christensen but is documented as a Westport from the days when Christensen yachts first started building. A veteran of two transatlantic crossings, this three stateroom expedition yacht has had constant upgrades over the years.

Accommodation is for up to eight guests in a master suite and two identical twin cabins with Pullman berths while twin 236hp Volvo engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Yianoula is now down to $849,000.
