The 39.6-metre tri-deck motor yacht Plan A has been sold, with JD Ducanes of Reel Deal Yachts representing the seller and John Varga of Westport Brokerage introducing the buyer.
Plan A was delivered in 2007, constructed in GRP by US shipyard Westport with exterior styling by Gregory C. Marshall and naval architecture by William Garden. The 130 model underwent a major refit in 2014 at a cost of over $4,300,000, with works including an interior redesign. Her most recent refit works were completed in 2023.
A sleek interior – decorated with rich cherry wood panelling and neutral soft furnishings – accommodates 10 guests in a five-cabin layout. There is a master suite with a king-sized bed on the main deck, while three doubles and a twin, all with en-suite shower facilities, are situated on the lower deck.
The saloon is open plan, complete with a relaxation area with comfortable seating, occasional tables and a full entertainment centre aft with a formal dining area forward. The upper deck offers a more relaxed sky lounge, fitted with a large sofa, desk, games table and an entertainment system.
Several al fresco entertaining areas are also on offer, including a shaded aft deck with built-in seating and a wet bar, along with a sundeck that hosts tables, seating, sunpads and a Jacuzzi.
Twin 2,735hp MTU engines power Plan A to a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots. She also benefits from at-anchor stabilisers.
Plan A was last asking $8,900,000.
