The 26.97 metre motor yacht Xerxseas II has been sold with Gary Goldman at Allied Marine representing both buyer and seller.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Pershing to a design by Fulvio De Simoni, Xerxseas II was delivered in 2002 as a Pershing 88 model with a refit in 2015. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, VIP suite and two doubles, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, four crew are accommodated in two cabins.
The full beam main saloon has comfortable furniture in the lounge area facing an entertainment centre featuring a 40-inch Samsung television screen and a kaleidescape server delivering on-demand video and audio throughout the guest areas. Forward is a formal dining area, bar and a fridge. A light and bright upper saloon features a rounded seating area and coffee table and helm station, and leads directly out on to the upper deck with indoor-outdoor flow integral to the design.
The aft deck is fully equipped for al fresco dining with built in upholstered seating, a table, direct access to the swimming platform and a removable sun shade. Her top speed is 41 knots and her power comes from two 2,000hp MTU 16V2000M90 diesel engines.
Xerxseas II was asking $1,495,000.
