The 45.3 metre sailing yacht Heritage, listed for sale by Simon Goldsworthy at Edmiston & Company has received a €700,000 price reduction.
Launched in 2006 by Italian yard Perini Navi, she was built to ABS standards from a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and has been meticulously maintained by her original owner ever since. Her naval architecture is courtesy of Ron Holland, while the interior and exterior styling was created by Perini Navi’s in-house teams.
Accommodation on this yacht for sale is for 12 guests split across five staterooms, including a master suite, a double cabin and two twin cabins with Pullmans for a total interior volume of 309GT. Meanwhile, the crew quarters allows for a staff of up to six people.
Her main saloon features a large dining area, while the spacious and uncluttered deck layout incorporates three seating areas, a bar and a beach club. Other key features include a foredeck seating area and storage space for a Castoldi jet tender on the coachroof.
This sloop rigged sailing yacht offers exhilarating sailing performance out on the open water. Auxiliary power comes from a single Caterpillar C32 diesel engine for a top speed of 14 knots. When trimmed back to her cruising speed of ten knots, she boasts a maximum range of 3,200 nautical miles, drawing on a total fuel capacity of 31,000 litres.
Heritage is now asking €6,900,000.
