The 29.13 metre sailing yacht Margaret Ann has been listed for sale by Will Bishop at Yachting Partners International.
Built in aluminium by British yard Pendennis to a design by Dubois, Margaret Ann is Lloyds classed and MCA compliant, with delivery in 2004 and a refit in 2017. Accommodation, in a classically stylish interior by RWD, is for up to eight guests in three cabins comprising a master suite and two twin cabins with Pullman berths. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, flatscreen television sets and en suite shower facilities while a further two twin cabins sleep up to four crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The internal layout is a traditional Dubois design, with steps leading down from the cockpit into the pilothouse, where the yacht’s dining area is situated around a luxurious walnut-topped table, with the main saloon area another four steps down. The main saloon has comfortable seating for total relaxation in front of an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television set.
Outdoors, the main cockpit is set up for al fresco entertainment and dining sheltered by a fixed awning, while the foredeck is wide and free of any clutter, creating a safe and comfortable environment in which to enjoy the perfect sailing experience.
On the technical side, she has a Southern Spars carbon rig with in-boom furling, Harken deck winches and a sail wardrobe by North sails. Under power, a 318hp Scania diesel engine allows a cruising speed of 10.5 knots, topping out at 12 knots.
Margaret Ann is lying in Palma, Spain, and her asking price is available upon application.
