22 July 2014 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

News now of another sale as Overmarine closes on the sale of the 40 metre motor yacht Misunderstood.

Built by Italian yard Overmarine Group in GRP as hull number 16 in the Mangusta 130 series, Misunderstood was delivered in 2009. Like all Mangusta yachts, she boasts sleek and sporty lines while twin MTU 16V 4000 M93L 3,640hp engines linked to water jet drives give her a cruising speed of 32 knots and a top speed of 35 knots.

The main deck features an elegant, spacious saloon and dining area with large windows offering panoramic views and the central section of the roof can be opened to bring in even more light and fresh air. On the lower deck, accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms including a full beam master suite astern, and there is a VIP stateroom which is almost a second master cabin, plus two spacious guest cabins. Outdoor areas at the bow and stern allow guests to enjoy the full al fresco experience.
